Me on the beautiful flower-lined entrance steps of the five star historic luxury hotel, THE LANGHAM LONDON, steadying myself in my slightly too high Yves Saint Laurent shoes for my proverbial selfie moment.

After pre-dinner cocktails in their Artesian Bar we tottered off to dine in the famous PALM COURT ROOM enjoying and experiencing ‘The Good Front Room‘ a Caribbean cuisine concept created by award winner Head Chef Dom Taylor. Dom took part in Channel Four’s TV programme Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef and won!
